Thanx again for a "forum". Also for answers to my
question about oil leakage. At the moment I took off
few bolts (also two long thin bolts, going through head
to cylinder. One of them was oily, anoyther was ok. At
the moment I put silicon sealant and thread glue on the
bolt. For a short ride it was ok- will see what happens
later.
Who is an expert? What is better- mineral or synthetic?
Does oil with m/c design on the label is the same as
for cars? Or it was produced specialy for m/c?
(On my friend's Yamaha XJ750 four we tried Castrol 10W60
which must be one of the best. But then starter clutch
didn't work- it was too slippery. When we changed oil to
normal mineral it was ok- for next two years untill now.)
If change stock exhaust and silencer into empty pipe, how
it will affect engine? I don't care about smoke and gas
going out of engine. I'm interested in just engine's
work.
Thank in advance
Sarunas
